Garage roof: We asked Orson to quote us to replace the felting on our pitched garage roof which was very old & leaky. His quote was less than others we had received & so we took him on. He completed the work efficiently & cleanly, plus he replaced sections of the rafters where the wood was rotten. Overall a great job & it's nice to have a waterproof garage again! Orson has recently done 2 small jobs for me - building an indoor door frame and hanging the door, and installing a built-in dishwasher. "We initially asked Orson to fix a dripping tap which he did quickly and cheaply. We were so impressed that we employed him to do many more jobs for us, all of which he has done professionally. Orson helped us prepare our house for sale in a tight time window. He errected a new fence around the car port, fixed fireproof boarding and mastic under the house void, power washed the decking and cleaned mildew and algae from glass panels, cleared and repaired broken guttering, painted masonary and woodwork on front of house and shelves inside. Oh yes, and he did splashback tiling in the kitchen.
